Thank you! Tony gave me a call today and explained what possible happened. He reacted with excellent customer service and did a good job in satisfying my concern. I believe you should know the primary reason why I decided to pursue this complaint was because our family truly enjoys and depends on our Super Water Cooler/Heater. If we didn't miss it so much we would never have purchased a second unit!

Dear Customer Service,
I replaced the 3.5 uF capacitor that you sent to me for my ceiling fan on the weekend and the motor now turns at the proper speed. Thank you very much for your sending the part.
The ceiling fan has been in service for less than a year and I thought that I would have to toss the whole thing in the garbage when the motor started turning very slowly. I was pleasantly surprised when I called your “1-800” number and your customer service person returned my message informing me that it was only a capacitor that needed to be changed. It is nice to know that you can still get some products that are not disposable when they break down.
Thanks once again for sending the free part. I have an identical fan still in the box- planning to install it soon in our new addition.
